Eng. Hasitha Dissanayake
Project Manager / Business Development & Technical Manager
Hasitha is the Business Development and Technical Manager at ECL Energy, bringing a strong trajectory in renewable energy, technical expertise, and strategic management to the role. In his current role, he drives the company’s technical operations and growth, particularly within the African and Asian hydropower and solar markets. By managing complex infrastructure projects and fostering vital stakeholder relations, Hasitha ensures the organization’s renewable energy assets meet the highest standards of technical excellence.
Darshana Perera
Project Manager
Darshana is the Project Manager at ECL Energy. Following a 25-year career in mechanical engineering and renewable energy infrastructure, bringing leadership in the design and commissioning of complex electromechanical systems. With a background in project planning across Uganda, Sri Lanka, and Central Africa, he plays a pivotal role in the execution of the company’s hydropower and solar portfolios. Darshana ensures all developments meet the highest international standards of engineering and efficiency.
Lakmantha Alahakoon
Finance Manager
Lakmantha is the Finance Manager at ECL Energy. Following an international career in corporate finance and project accounting, notably in the UAE. With a degree from the University of Kelaniya and a CA Sri Lanka qualification, he possesses extensive expertise in financial management and taxation. In his current role, Lakmantha oversees the company’s financial health and ensures fiscal discipline across its renewable energy portfolio. By managing project budgets and maintaining rigorous integrity standards, he ensures infrastructure developments remain financially viable and attractive to international stakeholders.
